I am 13years old now have started ballet since 4 yrs old.Got fat when i was 10 yrs now im 13 yrs old.Im 140CM and 42 KG.What is my IDEAL weight or should be my ideal weight?I am trying to diet but it doesnt seen to work what should i do?Pls ans for my ideal weight only in KG cause i dont know how to convert LBS or POUNDS to kg...so yah...thanks

Given your information, your BMI (body mass index) is 21.4, which is in the ideal zone for your height. Also, remember that at 13 you're still growing and thus need a bit of extra energy to grow.

This is the second time I've seen a question like this and it makes me sick. The whole 'proper weight for a certain height' idea is bogus, false, useless. It was written up at a time when doctors believed smoking was necessary for a long healthy life style. Forget about your weight just eat right and exercise and you'll be fine, unless a doctor says your current weight is unhealthy. Some people are naturally skinny, others are a bit wider it's no big deal.

Your weight is good :) Its okay comparing to your age and height!!! I copied some of what the website said about you:

You are neither underweight nor overweight according to health experts*. Your weight is in the healthy range for your height and age.
The healthy weight range for your height and age is 68 to 101 pounds (31 to 46 kilograms). This range corresponds to a BMI between the 5th and 85th percentiles for your age and sex.

You can check the website on your own and do the test yourself if you want!!

Belive me, I'am 12 and im 6th class. Everybody is in my class have 13 and are 150-...160max. I have 157 and 36 kg at 12 years. My friends who are 13, are haveing 155 and 45kg. And I have a friend who's 13 years old, has 170cm, 60kb. Don't matter, just make ballet and other sports.

It should be around 34kg accord to the site that google gave me.
To lose weight you should do some exercise and have a balanced diet, goo see your doctor for a good answer in this subject.

You are definitely not too fat. You are 13, which means your body is still growing and changing. I wouldn't worry too much about your body shape right now, but eating healthy and exercising is never a bad thing.

you wont be fat if you stay in ballet havent you seen the hippo in the cartoons dance that they didnt give up
