close your eyes and just put your self in what is called your "comfort zone" which is anything yo like doing for like 1 min or maybe 2 according to the stress level. After that you'll not even remmember what made you nervous !

I would be really uncomfortable and i would snap easier than usual. I try and calm myself assuring that it's okay, but i prefer someone else to assure me just that.

Do a bunch of sit ups and push ups. Physical conditioning can calm your mind.

My hands get sweaty. I ask myself why I am nervous and over come it by knowing there is no reason to be nervous

I sometimes laugh......when hubby & I got married, I was so nervous that I laughed all the way through the ceremony

I get really annoying! lol.. me and my friend sneaked out of the house at midnight and my mum found out she was really cross and startred crying lol and my friend was like - just shut up! and i kept saying Oh my god... i am very hysterical...

generally i try to override or fool my mind into thinking i'm not nervous, that usually works
