Screwing up the forecasts in recent years?

Yes, I know meteorology is not an exact science, but I honestly don't remember them getting This many forecasts wrong in the past.

Maybe someone older than me (30s) can tell me if this was always the case?

The weatherman doesn't screw up anything. He reads the forecast given to him.
The forecasters (usually government employees) screw it up all the time. Screw ups are normal considering the employers. I have been around for 65 yrs and I don' t remember them being that accurate. Most time if they just looked out the window they could do a better job. Or better yet, ask my knees.

All i recognize is that i'd like to have a job and receives a fee to be incorrect so always! We had an excellent screw up very last iciness the position the weathermen omit-calculated a typhoon so undesirable human beings were stranded in the snow on the line for as a lot as twelve hours. How is that a danger? like you stated i recognize it isn't any longer an exact technology, yet for God's sake with all this new technologies you would imagine that they'd grow to be more beneficial precise somewhat than a lot less. i imagine i'm on a venting roll this morning....thanks Fonzie! chuffed Hump Day!

Well you see, when they get it wrong its just brushed over but when they get it right they scream it out loud. This has always been the case. I'm 48. If you want to know exactly, stick your head out the window. You would probably be more accurate than they are.
