At what point of my question have you decided that I am a racist.LOL. Very few of you understood my question. What's wrong with you people. I know how to spell laugh.

So long as they don't do it so loud as to overshout my mp3 player I'm fine with it. That is, if I have my mp3 player with me. If not, I tend to stare them down, roll my eyes at them as soon as they see me, and very loudly shout "Tsss!"

I like them...I like them much better than people who cannot even spell laugh. That's a third grade spelling word.
