demo to full?

pls tell me how to convert demo games to full. pls don't say no

2. install

if it is the kind that installs the game but only gives you x minutes to play, the buy serial number, or get cd copy of game, and enter it

cant be done, due to the fact that demos are much smaller in size then the full version, there is no way to just simply convert it from a demo to a full version.
