Osmania Medical College - koti its just around 2km from kacheguda railway station. It will not cost u more then Rs20/- if u take a Auto Rickshaw.
If u like to go by walk , come out of railway station go straight cross to cross roads when u come to mahesware theatre or vyshya hostel take a left and start walking 2 more cross roads just walk straight u come to koti and another 5 min walk towards left apposite to pushpanjali complex u find Osmania Medical college.

2 go osmania medical college from kacheguda railway station.
first u go 2 Bhadruka college bus stop, which is strait 2 the station road. there u will get 3no. busess which go 2 medical college

Best way is to take an auto. Its about a km n a half.. should not cost u more than Rs 10-12.
