It depends on the rest of your team but NO WAY POSSIBLE. Arenas is better than Raja, Sheed is close to Brand, and Ginobili is close to Artest... and Arenas is WAY better than Raja. DO NOT TAKE THE DEAL! plus Shaq will kill your TO and FT%...

I would try to get someone else besides shaq...or for him. Besides that absolutely.
Arenas is finally cooling off (likely for most of the second half), ginobli and sheed are great but I'd take Brand for Sheed, Artest for Ginobli and Bell and someone for Arenas...sure I'd do it.

no way! THat's a terrible trade for you. You are giving up this year's best PG in Arenas, a top-notch SG in Ginobili, and a solid PF in Wallace, for an old, injury-prone center who didn't deserve to go to the all-star game in Shaq, a great PF, a good SG, and a good SF.
Here's how it plays out:
Arenas>>>>>>Bell
Wallace<<<<< Ginobili>>>>>Artest
and then half-injured shaq is thrown in. Don't give up two star plaers and a solid player, for one star player, 2 solid players, and a half-injured shaq.

Arenas- 3's, points
Ginobili- 3's
Sheed- 3's, blocks, rebounds

Shaq- bad FT, TO's
Elton Brand- points, rebounds, blocks
Raja Bell- 3's
Ron Artest- points, steals, rebounds

Unless you need defensive stats (steals and rebounds and blocks), you don't do this trade coz you'll be losing lots of 3's.

Do NOT TAKE THE DISEL. if this was 2000 I'd say yes ... but the guy doesn't have it anymore. Even though EB and Ronnie at doing well. I wouldn't wanna lose agent zero. I say hold what you got.
