I love the late Morrison he inspires me, and i think he was a poetic genius, my question is, can i still have a deep mindset even if i stopped the drugs? i have done them in the past and they have forever changed the way i view the world, is this good enough?

Drugs make people less inspirational. Morrison was a genius but who knows what he would have written without the booze and drugs.

Sorry dude but even Jim Morrison couldn't be like Jim Morrison without drugs. Be yourself, but use Jim as your inspiration.

To be like Jim Morrison without the drugs, you would still have to drink alot of scotch. Im not sure you would want to get that drunk. Before you idolize someone with so many problems you might want to write Ray Manzarek of the Doors in Nyc. Im quite sure he would give you an earful and is definitely around. Ray does alot of R and R shows in NYC and is quite candid about the subject.

As long as you take acting classes. Your father has to be a Naval Commander and you must rebel, as Morrison did.
Just don't go to France.
