It depends, but usually a couple hundred bucks. My sister got a few hundred bucks to be in the backgrounds of a movie and that was including dancing in the background.

I'd figure they wouldn't get paid crap, but do it anyways just so they'll be in a movie. Then when that movie comes out on DVD they'll buy it and point to the back of some guys head saying "THERE I AM!"

It averages about £100 for a day (which can be 10hrs).
You get extra bits of cash for overtime (£20), multi-episodes (£25), costume changes (£20), special skills (£30-40) (like playing tennis for instance)...
All prices vary though!!!
