You usually ovulate around day 14 of your cycle. Counting day one as the first day of your period. Plus you should not have intercourse more than once every 48 hours (2 days) to let the man build up enough sperm to make it count.

The best and only time of the month to get pregnant is when you ovulate. There are many ways to help tell when you ovulate including taking and recording basal body temp, observing consistency of cervical mucous and ovulation predictor kits. Good luck!

Ovulation kits are always a good indicator. After using them for a few months you should get to know the signs of ovulation eg thick clear mucus, sharp pain in your side etc

Go to http://www.mymonthlycycles.com and put in your period info and it will calculate when you will be fertile and ovulating plus it keeps track of your periods. It also emails you to remind you of your upcoming fertile days and period.
It is a very HELPFUL and FREE website to use. I use it. Every woman's period is is not 28 days long and this website will help you better understand and keep track of it.
Good luck

I agree with MI Mommy - you need to determine when your ovulation is. Search for an ovulation calculator & then use it.

Another thing that is highly recommended is to start tracking your cycles - when they begin, how long the bleeding is, etc.

Good luck!
