I know someone who started an FM station in Manchester, New Hampshire. They spent $30-40,000 just to get the license!

The cost of the FCC liscense would be out of this world.. Not to mention, the transmitter, tower, electronics.. etc etc etc....

To give you a figure, I would have no idea, however, I would have to say it's not cheap by any means
