Tried Planned Parenthood. They are a free women's health clinic, at least here in the U.S. They are international and I can't imagine why they wouldn't be free in other countries.

The only way you can see a gynaecologist for free in the UK is to be referred by your doctor. Your doctor wont do this unless you have a problem. So erm no you cant!

You shouldnt need a gynaecologist if you are on NHS, just go to your GP. If you feel more comfortable with a female doctor Im sure they will arrange it.

What sort of check-up? Your GP may have a well woman clinic so that should be your first port of call.

Gynaecologists don't do general 'check-ups' on the NHS, they deal with referred patients that have a problem. So if you really want to see a gyno, you'll have to go private.
