Create a new authority to whom aggrieved persons can complain and all those complaints should be made public daily and the authority should take action severely and immediately.
A news paper or website can be started by name "Corruption Flash" and every such corruption complaint and about corrupt official news can be published, which will enable the people concerned to have fear and shame and make them face punishment and this will make them to mend their ways to considerable extent.

Adopt a three pronged attact on corruption in public offices.
1. A strong surveillance to spot corruption, however minor
2. Severe punishment for corrupt public officials and public servants.
3. Ad. campaigns to educate the public servants not to misuse their posts, not to take bribe for service that they are supposed to perform. To be satisfied with their salary and live happily within the salary, and not to expect or receive anything more.

Require full disclosure of all donations and freebies politicians receive. Bar all lawyers from office and limit terms on all elected officials to two terms or a max of 8 years like the President. The longer politicians stay in office the bigger chance for corruption.

well dats a difficult thing to do.if u want to remove corruption den u will hve to remove the people who r corrupt.
