If I have understood your question rightly to be:
I don't have the money so what should I present her on her Birthday?
Money, is not something you would want to buy and present it to your loved one.
There are many things she likes and that you are aware of. Think of something that would make her really happy. I am sure its not something she would be wanting where you would have to spend for it.
How about praying for her good health and prosperity... and tell her that you had been to the place of worship praying for her well being? There so much to express, give it your best shot. Let her know you really care. I am sure you'll have plenty to give if you could.

go for a nice walk somewhere
Give her lots of hugs and kisses
