He hasn't had the snip and he doesn't seem interested in female dogs at all. Yet when a male dog walks by, say if were in the park, he's off like a rocket. However, i dont know for certain if he's attracted to the male dog's or whether he just wants to roll around in the grass with them. As for not seeming interested in female dogs; could he be religous, in which case how do i let the little fella know dogs cant marry. Another important point is that most male dogs seem to be scared of him, even big guard dogs appear petrified. Could this be the way he looks at them. His name is Julian.

Most dogs are of a mixed sexual behaviour. Probably why your dog is on that pattern of behaviour is he is quite big and boisterous and is trying to find another dog to match up to his own. And the reason why he ignores females is he could'nt find any that's in heat.

This is a dominance thing. Dogs only do this to other dogs when they want to show who is the boss! So your dogs is simply telling other males....get off my land! I'm in charge around here!

Homosexuality in animals is very rare. It could be that he's shy around girl dogs??

he probably wants to compare the size of his genitalia. it's a guy thing...my dog is a girl and when she goes into heat she'll hump anything. male dog, female dog, leg, basketball, teddy bear, you name it.
