If you really compared, one place is always better than the other. It is virtually impossible to have places equally good at mathematical level.
As we can see, small things can make big difference in life. May be too late for this year's Valentine's day but at least for next year or you want to celebrate an extended V'day.... here is the answer
So the best place to go would be....
Go to Pokhara west of Kathmandu valley in Nepal, 30 min by flight or 6-8 hr drive. It is surrounded by lovely lakes, panoromic rivers and majestic Himalayas,This is probably the most beautiful place on earth. Take a trip to to ABC ie Annapurna Base Camp. The scenario is breathtaking.
Well, do not be surprized if you forget your Valentine but you will cherish this memory all your life together for many years to come..

I'd like to be able to tell you that, but I can't. I don't know you and I don't you partner either. I don't know what kind of couple you are and i don't know what you like. No one on the internet does know what your like, except for some friends.
You have todecide yourself where the best place is. Is it a place where you or partner first said 'I love you'? Or is it where you first met? Search your brain for the important moments you both had together during your relationship, where were they? That will ultimately take you to where you think you should go for valentines day.
If you really have have no idea, try to think of what your partner and you like to do together. Do you like to surf? In that case have a moonlight picnic on the beach. Do like to drink wine and talk for ages and ages? Take him or her to dinner at a quiet restaurant.
Where you take your partner for valentines day is in your heart, as much as i'd like to help you, I can't because it's up to you.
