That way I will always be referred to as Doctor or Mr. President. I am surprised I not heard of anyone actually doing this.

Oh man, you'll sound like a bigshot. Nothing less than doctor president. I'd like to be Mrs doctor president. Or should I just change my name to Queen Neurosurgeon? Sounds well too.

Yes you should. And you should become a real Doctor. Then you would be Doctor President.
