Are they just like getting rid of crabs? He thinks he got them from sleeping with a mexican hooker. Now his junk itches all the time?

Those aren't cockroaches then. Roaches can't live ON The human body, even if they could, they'd be too big to ignore.
If his HOUSE is infested, the best (and really, only) product on the market which works as it is supposed to is called "Roach-Pruf" here in Arizona.
"Roach- Pruf" contains Boric Acid. Boric acid attaches to roaches bodies as they crawl thru it and it eats holes in their exoskeletons, causing them to die of dehydration. Boric Acid also works on the eggs so no new roaches come crawling out until a new one finds it's way into your home, or "junk".
Sprinkle the powder along the backs of under the sink cupboards, all your darkest corners in the cupboards off the floor (DO NOT PUT POWDER NEAR ANY OF YOUR FOOD SUPPLIES!!), on the floor behind the stove and fridge, etc.
Then, to keep roaches from infesting, fill all gaps around water pipes coming into the house with steel wool, then use a good silicone caulk to cover the steel wool. Roaches can eat thru silicone caulk but the steel wool cuts their chewers, so they avoid it.

THE ONLY SURE WAY TO GET RID OF
COCKROACHES....
Is to get ALL of the food out of the house, make sure that none of the water lines have any leaks, get ALL the garbage out of the house, and clean it thoroughly.
If the roaches have no food and no water, they will leave the area. Use the boric acid, it works too, and will help to keep them from coming back.
As for crabs, the only way to get rid of them is to visit your doctor and get a special cream. Wash all your clothes and bedsheets in extremely hot water, and then use the cream - I'm told that it burns and itches, but is necessary, and has to be left on for a couple days without showering to make sure the crabs are all dead.

2. You may run away.
3. Make them your friend & play with them.
4. Request them to leave your friend alone.

tell "your friend"
powdered boric acid (main ingrediant in eye drops)
used in schools and hospitols and safe for pets
Even a bug bomb didnt work the boric acid got rid of all bugs
look it up or ask the pharmasist

Ugh! I HATE ROACHES!!
Keep all of your lights on, all the time, and carry Raid around with you everywhere. Also wear big giant shoes. And get an exterminator.

spray the house. stomp em. and if u cant get rid ofem, eat em. if all else fails, leave the house. and spray ur new house so that u do not have to runaway again.

those things are fighters.Try to get rid of them and they come back faster than before.Then they breed like ...well...cockroaches.
