When Junk Hotmail is deleted the same source comes out with fresh ones.?

When Junk Mail comes to my Hotmail account I delete it by pressing "Junk", but a few days later further junk mail comes from the same source. How do I prevent this occuring.

On far right, See OPTIONS on there and there is a "block email" in there.
