when I download any thing or open any site so this message comes with out opening the site -->(Web Site Blocked by NETGEAR Firewall) I think the sites are blocked by our It Departement. what should I do?

There is a proxy server in the IT department contains Netgear Firewall Software. Request them to give you more access to downloading and site visits.
You can access sites by means of proxy server sites e.g. www.kproxy.com
but you cant download any thing as restriction is applied to the extensions on files such as (*exe, *zip , etc)

your netgear router has a firewall on it right so all you need to do is either disable that firewall and get you a firewall for your machine or set the firewall priority low dude. any querries you buzz me jououma

uninstall all the firewall u r using.....
after that use any one good quality firewall such as firefox
and try again to download....

turn off the netgear firewall... it should be on the system tray... just turn it off...
