Sore Belly?

my upper abdomen has been swollen and sore for the past 3 weeks. Sometimes it feels like it's all pressing up and it puts pressure on my diaphram....anyone got any idea what this could be, cause i've been to 3drs and the emergency department twice and no one seems to have anything helpful to say.

thanks, but...I don't have gas...my dr has had me on ant-acids for a month and they do nothing....i've had ultrasounds, blood & urine tests.
