What? Sorry, it just sounds like your asking how a baby is made. If you are, you are probably to young to know. If you are young, you should probably ask your parents.

Yes, Emma. You should get this information from your parents. Don't be afraid or shy to ask them. They actually want to tell you but they're not sure when the right time is. So ask them first. You'll get more than "how the baby is made."
Well, at least, if they're the responsible, understanding and caring kind of parents. If not, then you're in trouble and you won't get that information from them.
My advice is, try to find as much information from as many sources as possible before you decide to consider yourself well informed on this subject.
Wishing you a happy life, girl!

I'm in sarcastic mood today so going to give it to you straight...
When the Mommy and the Daddy love each other very much they make love where the Daddy puts his penis inside the Mommy's vagina and puts this thing called sperm inside her. Mommies are born with loads of little eggs that are inside her body, ready to meet a sperm and live together. When Mommy and Daddy love each other the egg and sperm live in Mommy's tummy and grow into a baby. After about 9 months, or 40 weeks to be as accurate as possible the baby gets so big that it cant live inside Mommy anymore. So Mommy and Daddy visit the hospital, and while they're there the nice doctor gives Mommy some medicine to help bring the baby out. The baby comes out the same way it got in- through her vagina! Mommy pushes and pushes (like she's going to the toilet) and out pops a cute little baby...
And Mommy and Daddy are very happy with their little bundle of joy!

When the sperm and egg unite all the information is there for a human to form. After that it's just simply feeding and growth until full term is reached.
