I need your help; I know some things about my system but when I try to download windows live messenger it opens and i click run and then click it to start the download but then I get an error report from msn saying it has encountered a problem and needs to shut down,, How can I get this messenger to download on my computer? please help, I loaded it on my wifes computer yesterday with no problems,,,

first thing you should do.. try to redownload windows live (get the latest one) and try installing it again... if same error occurs.. it mustve been something with the requirements... probly the operating system you are using or w.e not compatible with windows live messenger... however if you really want to use your msn desperately you would need to download another messenger software that you can use to login msn...

I think you use a old windows
If you use windows XP you can try download live messenger 8.1
and If you use windows 98 you can't download live messanger but you can download msn messenger 7 or 6.5 ,only this version can install in your system and you must check your ram too

you haven't any longer any selection yet to apply the latest version of messenger. whether you downloaded it legitamately, it is going to nonetheless instantaneous you to replace. ZTheres no working away regrettably
