A nice card and a small box of chocolates under $10 is all you should give her, anything more than that or other than that will be a relationship disaster. You have only known her for one month, so don't overdo this. If you spend a lot now, and you barely know her, then she will think that you are crazy about her and/or if the relationship blossoms - you will have to spend even more on the next holiday to outdo your performance now, i.e. when you hardly knew her.

Options:-
1) flower at her doorsteps at 7 in the morning, and bunch of chocolates at 9 oclock. A kiss at 9.30. Well proven.
2) Bracelet or earings
3) If she likes, a puppy

I agree with Orion; and it depends what age you are too. Speshly when you're young, you shouldn't splash out as I read somewhere that not only will the girl freak out, but so early in a relationship, it's as if you're bringing in this monetary obligation... but it's up to you of course how you interpret it.

Well, it would really depend on the age but with any girl I would have to say a fair sized bunch of flowers, her favorites. And a little teddy bear to go with it.
