If you both have a strong desire to live together, then no time is too soon.

If you're the one doing the moving, you might want to hang on to your old place for a bit too, though. Sometimes things don't work out like you hope, especially if you haven't known each other long enough to find out how well you can live with each other every day.

But don't keep yourself from doing something that you really want to do, just because you aren't sure what the "proper" time is supposed to be. The proper time is whenever you're both ready.
