Be your normal self,respect the dignity of your wife first because she is the one currently dealing and standing by you in your thick and thin and heading your family generation.Be very diplomatic with your past ex whoever,if confronted to you in the presence of your wife,give an intro that she's a friend from past and cut it short to the ex by saying that it was nice seeing you.I Have a day with my family(wife n kids or no kids)Got to be going.Bye.(but plz don't invite her for any dinner or lunch with your family,it would be very disrespectful towards your wife)

If u r a true lover, u will save her life as well as urs rather than spoiling both's life. Meeting & talking as friends is not wrong, but very very difficult to maintain a healthy relation and stuck balance between married life and ex-girl friend. Better not to get into the trap.
If u get in to the trap then i m sure, after some time, i will find ur next question on the net " how to get out of it or how to maintain balance between married life & ex-girl friend?' isn't it? Wise people never get into such traps.

Maintain a distance, do not allow to get closer again. Ignore and neglect as if unknown. Forget the past. Do not remind. If not it may spoil peaceful joyous marital life of 2+2.
. All unwed sexual activities (pre/post/extra marital), homosexual acts, & other perverted sexual acts are specifically forbidden in Islam. In Islam, it is great sin and heinous crime against government/society punishable with publicly lashing/ death by pelting stones.
