It's tricky because most males think of DD and drool but i think its about self preference.. personally for a tall girl with a small waist id say a D cup would suit her best mainly because she doesn't want to look top heavy and over proportional, the D would be substantial and would make her look more natural rather than the boobs to be the 1st thing anyone see's it never gives off a good image and can hinder first impressions.. but hey they're only breasts everyone should be happy with what they've got i guess!! even though we would probly all jump at the chance of a boob job.. hehe i no i would!! = )

Well when you have the surgery I think that you may want to think about what size a little better. A DD is much and also a D as well. Did you ever think about going to a C. This is a great size to be at. Not to big and not to small. But if you have a mind set on the D sizes then you may want to go with the D only because it would fit your frame better. Good luck!

If you want an hour glass figure go for the DD, to be honest there's not a huge difference, I'm a EE or F depending on brand, you'd find the same between D and DD. Bottom line is, go for what you feel best with. Buy a couple of cheap bras, D and DD and use cotton wool or something soft to stuff them, put on a top and walk around, see which you prefer.

Try on a D bra and a DD. Stuff them with tissues lol. Then look at yourself in the mirror and decide.
But be aware that pretty nice cheap bras tend to stop at D.
I had a nightmare trying to find DD bras that were pretty and didn't look like two shopping bags. And think about it. If you have a tiny waist, and currently have smaller breasts then your dress size will be small too. Just imagine the tiny waist and huge boobs in a tee-shirt. You'll have to find one that fits round your boobs and not look like a pillow around your waist. Before you get the op, try the stuffing bra thing and try shirts on over the top, just to see how you will look, it won't be as big of shock when you get them done, and you'll get a chance to see what will then suit your new shape.
Good Luck!

Hi, the rule of the thumb says that the bust size should not exceed the hips and the waist should be approx 8 inches smaller than the hips, but go for what makes you happy, but i think if you really do want this then a D is ample.

D cup. but i cant understand why u would ask about cup size. Sometime you just have to go with what you have. It's the clothes that would make the biggest difference

Well, if you are a small B, then it is more realistic to expect to go up to a small D. A doc who will take you up three cup sizes in one procedure is irresponsible and it will look less natural.
HTH : )

hey.to be honest i wouldnt change, you sound like you have an amazing figure.if you get surgery you are going to make your breasts look fake.if i were you and you really wanted to get this done go for a c cup or your body might look out of proportion.but thats just my opinion...go for a d if any and get a tear shape not round..xx

I DD would be to obvious and would make you look too top heavy (believe me as a natural DD its true).
A D would be natural looking.
