GOOD QUESTION - but it's not that easy to answer. With their respective power levels, both can demolish a planet seperately, they can both increase in power, although for Supes to increase in power is dangerous for him, since his body is like a solar battery - and he has to have a way to get rid of the excess energy.
Overall, I'd probably say Goku - since every time Goku fights new opponents, he gets stronger - and if he fought with Supes a couple times, and trained in between, he'd surpass Supe's power levels.

Well being that a normal human has like a power level of 5 and ssj4 Goku has one of like 265900000 and some one estimated that Superman is only like 200 times more powerful than a normal human making his power level 1000 Thusly even Krillin could probly beat him.
