Marrying a girl is far better than exploiting her sexually without wedlock. Women are not some stuff to use and throw. A few prefer to bring another wife, yet most people dislike it and advice to enjoy with her without the burden of bringing into wedlock. Except for Muslims, a second marriage is a grave sin and heinous crime for all others, yet sexual intercourse (with her consent) without lawful marriage is always recommended.

. All unwed sexual activities (pre/post/extra marital), homosexual acts, & other perverted sexual acts are specifically forbidden in Islam. In Islam, it is great sin and heinous crime against government/society punishable with publicly lashing/ death by pelting stones.

Premarital, extramarital or unwed sexual activities (intercourse / coitus) are not barred / prohibited and are no offence in any Indian law. Wife’s sexual intercourse with other/s is also no offence, hence no prosecution or punishment to her. Even her sex partner also cannot be punished, if was unaware of her wedlock or had sex with consent or connivance of her husband. However the police cannot arrest or prosecute him. After divorce also her husband is bound to maintain or pay till she remarries, even if she is permanently / continuously enjoying sex with all other/s. Pre marital sexual experiences (intercourse / coitus) with other/s cannot be a ground to seek divorce under Hindu/Special Marriage Act. Thus a female’s physical sexual relations with persons/s of her choice (with their consent) is not an offence or prohibited / barred in any Indian law and she is at liberty to enjoy SEX freely and fearlessly. A male’s physical sexual relations with any 16+ female (with her consent) is no offence or barred / prohibited in any Indian Law, unless she is in the wedlock of somebody else and is done knowing her wedlock and without her husband’s consent or connivance. Courts are bound to believe that all children born during the wedlock (or within 280 days of court's divorce judgment/ decree) are her husband’s legitimate ones. He is bound to maintain or pay them expenses, till sons are 18+ and daughters are married. Prostitution (commercial sex trade, offering sex for monetary gain) alone is an offence punishable in Indian laws.

I am not a female but still giving an answer. If you are a Hindu, your marriage is governed by the Hindu Marriage Act. You can not legally take a second wife as long as you have your first wife present. Second marriage is permissible in the case of death of your first wife or after divorce from her. Else it is illegal. Sin or any of your qualifications like health, wealth etc. are totally irrelevant here.

It's the womans decision but she should want the happiness she thinks she will have for her Muslim sister(s) who are already married to that man. It's a hard type of life and marriage to have. You should also remember that while 4 wives are permissible as long as justice is maintained, it says specifically in the Quran that no man can be just between wives.

Why only second you can have as many wives you want & afford. Only two conditions you should note, firstly the second or any number of wives you have after your first one all these wives are not legal wives, secondly you marry any number of times but your first wife should not have legal objections nor she should make any criminal complaint against you for bigamy, both these conditions apply to you if you belong to any other religion then Muslim religion.

To have a second wife when a first wife already exists is known as adultery...and adultery is sin! Stay faithful to your first and you'll find you are out of a lot of unwarranted trouble

..how would u feel if ur wife got a 2nd husband?...think and than ask urself once more.. My husband married 2nd wife...he ruined my life, lost my love and now his 2nd one is ruining his life as she's worried he might as well marry 3rd one..or feel for me more than he does for her. In Koran it is written, that u can marry up to 4 if u feel u can all treat them equally..in terms of love as well as time, financiall support etc.... And than is not possible..my "husband" could tell u....

Your first Marriage was a triumph of imagination over commonsense - a necessary evil still.
If you want a second one well it can only be termed as the triumph of hope over experience.
