For Valentine's, I've decided to give my sweetheart one of our photos, but I would like it to be star-shaped.
What program could I use to do this?
I have tried Corel Draw, but it only draws the star shape on the photo, it does not crop the photo using that star shape.
Someone please help me, as Valentine's is tomorrow.

Corel Draw can do. Find a heart or a heart figure in in the net. Crop your GF's photo and paste it on the heart or heart figure. Done!

Paint Shop Pro is the best program for these type of things! Other than that Print Artist is also a cool program to use.

Just use a pencil to draw on the picture first then cut along the line
