The big draft question?

The great debate: Oden or Durant? People are always saying that you have to take Oden because good centers are rare but sometimes bigger is not necessarily better. It's like the old Olajuwon or Jordan question. You won't feel bad about having olajuwon but you would rather have jordan. They won't regret getting him, but they might regret it in the sense that "wow we won two championships when we could have won five or six"

I'm not sure but I think Oden will be the better player in the long run. I could be wrong but that I think Oden is a little better then Durant.

Well, the way its going, the Grizzlies and the Celtics will have the top 2 picks in the draft. The grizzlies really need a good Center, since it looks like they might trade Gasol soon. They have a great SG in Miller, and they have Atkins and Stoudamire at PG< so if either, they would take oden. The celtics have Pierce at SG, and Delonte West at PG, but they do not have a good center. Jefferson is a reat PF, but they do not have a great center, so if given the chance, they will probably take Oden too...

Hmmm....... Since Memphis and Boston are getting the first two draft picks, and they both need 5s, they will both pick Oden if given the opportunity. I still feel that Oden needs to stay in college. Maybe the pick can be Joakim Noah, even though Oden would be a better one.

i love oden. he is my favorite pro or college player ever. but durant has a J. he has nice D.

the part that oden is taller means he'll be a better defender. the celtics don't need no forwards or guards they need a center.

i would pik oden but not purly of his hight...theres alot of hype surrounding him so his gonna try his heart out to liv upto it. but there are some rumours goin round that Oden is gonna drop out of the draft because he promised his grandma that he will finish high skool or sumfin
