Well save the favorites and You can create a script to automate your settings. I dont know what you mean by formatting unless you are formatting the whole system. Also what setting(s) are you refering to?

If you are formatting, you will need to reinstall it in the first place! You will have to reconfigure it the way you want after its installed!
