On Sunday night Top Gear once again risked life and limb, not in a Dragster racer like Hampster, but in the deep south of America. Didn't think the BBC would be so reckless with 3 of their best presenters, but what this episode did show is how little Americans can take people poking fun at them. Top Gear should have known better! but then again so should the Americans!
P.S. Still think it was funny, just a little on the dangerous side. Here's a link to the clip for any Americans that want to see it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G6MJVzXbqRU

I thought that was the best ever, but very scary and a bit unreal at the same time, you are just waiting for the banjo to start playing and to hear "You ain't from around here are you boy"

Yeah, can't see a Little USA coming any time soon. Look at what happened from the Borat movie, all the huge issues that caused. I think American's take themselves to seriously to get English, Australian or Kiwi humour!

They`re lucky they didn`t get shot. As a Canadian you should read some of the names I`ve been called for espousing gun control. If you want the true English spelling it`s humour.

I thought it was f'ing Hilarious. Hillary for President. That was good stuff. And Guess what. I'm a Yankee. That's right. Guess what Else. Not many of us can poke fun at ourselves. But that had me laughing hard. Thx. I needed that.(EDIT) I can actually add That I am a Democrat, and probably think that is why it was actually funny.

No, I like to ask anti-American questions on answers for fun then laugh at the answers I get. They end up calling me all sorts of names but my questions always get removed because some of them complain to yahoo that my questions are racist. I think most Americans need to lighten up

There's little time for humour (yes, humoUr) when you are the country responsible for ensuring peace, freedom and democracy in the uncivilised rest of the world.*
*This is meant to be ironic........so perhaps not EVERYONE will get it........naming no names.....

What made me laugh the most is this is from a region of a country preaching tolerance to other societies who do the same over their religons!

Depends if it ironic humour - they can't understand it.
The people on Top Gear probably didn't have enough brain-cells to have a creative thought - so not in Alabama

There are a few but unfortunately most of them do tend to take things a little too seriously! That or they just don't get it...
