Depends on the ages of the children. The best way is to make sure it's what you want to do, and that you have a good game plan. It sucks to wake up with your kid next to you into a situation that is less favorable than you'd anticipated, and realize you made a big mistake. I've done that, and it is nauseating...literally. You'll wake up every morning, and your stomach will do a flip into a knot, and it doesn't sit well. Not to mention the overwhelming guilt that will try to set-in. Guilt for uprooting peoples lives and thinking " What the f--- am I doing here?" Make sure . And when you are ready to physically do the move, have the kids with your family so that they don't get hurt, or have to hear the outbursts.

IS there a BEST way to leave someone, when there are children involved?

NO BETTER OR BEST . . . no choice to choose from,
it's always hard, very hard.. If you think your problem is
getting worst, then plan and leave. If you have your family
to go back to, that's much easier for you. You can move
your stuff slowly when he's out or at work, then the
final one is up to you,, choose your day . and surprise him . .

You can do it , I did . .I'm not with anyone for 9yrs now, and
so freeeeee. Just to let you know, didn't have any family to
help me . .

You can do it,, yes you can . . you'll be ok.. you'll only
struggle in the beginning but will settle down.

Have the best of the best..

When there are children involved there is no best way. The best thing that you can do is put the kids first. Try not to let anger interfere with common sense.

Let them see mommy and daddy smile hello and wave goodbye

There is no best way!!
Talk to the person involved, try to fix things and if all else fails, talk to the children together

You have your reasons for leaving someone, but whatever they are, the children are number one priority. It's hard to explain to kids about relationships, so just let them know that you love them and that they are the most important thing in your life. Stay in touch and share with the caring/parental responsibilities, and always show your love. Kids deserve to grow up feeling loved and wanted. Good luck.

There is no best way...
All I can advise is that you talk it through with partner and then with the kids.
This is what I did when I split with my partner, we wert married but had spent 9 years together and the kids were 7 and 5 years.

But its never better to stay in a broken relationship as the kids suffer just as much if not more.

Good luck!

.leave some one is not easy. breakup of any relationship is painful always & if there are children involved than it becomes very very difficult. But see at future. If you feel your & your children future will more secure after leaving than take decision or otherwise. AFTER ALL ITS YOUR LIFE & HAPPINESS IS RIGHT OF ALL till it not harming anybody.
