A great site is anime-eden.com/ Not only do they offer free high quality anime (subs), they also have the soundtracks to each show. All you need to do is register and you can get popular shows like Bleach, Card Captor Sakura, Trinity Blood, One Piece, Naruto, but they also have lesser known shows like Air, DN Angel, etc.
