and they say what did u say? and u repeat it and they are silent for a minute then say i wish u goodnght but thats it and its not the first time u say u love them not by far.. what does it mean?

it either means they don't love you or they are having difficulty saying it.....

If you are a woman.. I wouldnt say the "I love you" until u dont hear it from him..so wait .... dont say it anymore..
your question wasnt clear enough..
that is what I understood..you said I love you and he doesnt answer...dont say it anymore.. if he says goodnight and nothing else...just leave it like that.... but this is the advice of someone who doesnt like insecure men

it could mean alot of things
1.. he/she could maybe not be ready to say i love you
2.. maybe he/she is shy to say it infront of people
3.. he/she could be cheating
the next time you talk to him/her ask them what is up with your relationship.. bring up the fact that you say i love you and ask why they don't say it back.. tell him/or you do love them and you want to know how him/her feels.. where you stand in your relationship.. i wouldnt be upset about it.. i would just give you stress.. just talk to him/her.. you will probably work everything out once you talk..
the reason why i wrote him/her is because i don't know if your a guy or a girl...
