I havent heard the phrases, "Career makes the world go round", or "Career is blind", "career conquers everything", so far.. so I think love is more important.

You have asked a good question. It has really confused me too. But I think Love is the primary source of life. Love is a thing of being one in self. It is a pious thing. It makes you closer to GOD. It is the power which helps you face many difficulties boldly. It makes you selfless. It is the only thing which can even make u win GOD.
Love which can even win GOD can do anything. So, you can estimate the power of love and compare it to career. Career is also important but its importance seems to be less than love.

Both are equally important. But i think if a person is successfully in his\her career then he might look for his\her love otherwise he\she must first build up his\her career .

Both.

If a career is something that is very important to you and it defines who you are and makes you happy, then without it you might be miserable. You need to be happy with yourself before you can love and be loved.

On the other hand, love is a driving force of life and you can be surrounded by love and not necessary have the career that you want. Will you be happy? Maybe, maybe not. That's up to you.

Of course it's love. No question about it. It's people that help you get through your life. It's true that career is also important, but it shouldn't be the most important thing in your life. It might bring you happiness for the moment, but on the long run, it's always the people that are around you that count. That's why it's important to be thankful for them, and don't necessarily take them as granted. At least that's what I think.

Depends on what you have.

If you have a job but no love then Jobs is important.

If you have love but no job then you better get a job coz your love aint gonna feed you.

But I think when you are starting your career you should give preference to your job and work hard so you can move up the ladder quickly. there is no point wasting your career opportunities for girls who you might not even be seeing in a couple of months.

Whereas when you get a bit older and are ready to settle down (maybe 27 - 28) then you should give love more thought.

(my opinion)

Obviously.........Career when you are struggling and learning.

1. If you are doing nothing, u are dependent then how can you give importance to love......
2. Do ur study get good job or ur own bussiness and after that you are free to do love and other things.....bcoz i think in this world everything should be Independent......even gals also :)
3. But once you are settled ur love/spouse is more important than ur career as they are only people who needs ur support and u needs theirs. Your company is not going to handle ur personal matters/prblms if u have caused bcoz of ur career.

So, I think Love is important once you have achieved your goals in life.

Best luck, have a gr8 life.
Cool

i think LOVE is the most important of all. Although CAREER is important as well to secure your future, it's common sense to have a career to be able to make a living & survive but you can never compare career to LOVE. They say love conquers all, it's true. You can't find happiness within without love. You can't truly be YOU without love, most important -you will never be able to enjoy your life without LOVE.

The common factors of the two would be inner happiness, perpetual selfsatisfaction and appearance in critical decision making when the two are weighed in some colliding momentum.

Career is something you build and manage over time according to your needs: free time as time used for selfdevotion and social needs, basic and luxury material needs, struggle for power and dominance in society, etc. If one is in balance with own needs, means the doors to love are open at any time and the two are in harmony. Ultimately, the purpose of all that is to ensure longlasting space for love based on obtaining it through social and material power, once the line of satisfying needs has been long passed. Something like building a nest and awaiting for a partner.

Love is the motoric force of life. It may appear any time. It may never appear. It is a gift of life which has to be opened every time its given. It can go away as easy as it comes.

The question is which one to sacrifice in some speciffic momentum. That is personal judgement.
