Jigglypuff is the best...then Pikachu
Psyduck is the worst (just a headache)...but he is hilarious.

it matters which lvl they are like mewtwo can have ice beam flame thrower solar beam and thunder bolt (which id basicly the starter poke'mons best attacks)
goldeen the worse unless it has good moves
