If you phone your local council they may know who sells them as its usually them that tell you you need one fitted. if im right they switch off the power if the volume goes too high. you could ask other club owners in your area if you get on with them well enough.

Incomplete answer, I know but your question is also incomplete! Is it your intention to lower the volume or raise it?
If it is to lower it, the obvious answer is the volume control but to raise it you need a more powerful amplifier obtainable at any reputable electrical outlet or even on E Bay.
