What dogs,the loose,& immoral who make babies without
marriage? Why not tell them about keeping themselves
clean & what a good feeling it is to smell good and feel
good,especially when they go to sleep at night.
Remind them that everytime they have cheap sex they
risk their own lives in more that one way & the other
person is too cause DNA naturally rebels with too much
mixing! Stop all the dogs in your neck of the woods & you'll
be doing a good thing. Spread the word,that No sex is ever
Safe,not even with a condom,& help people get their self
worth & confidence from much better ways,sources & teach
them to love themselves & respect themselves in better ways.

While canine and feline overpopulation is a major problem, I've never heard of them starting wars before. If you mean human beings, say so. Otherwise I'll leave it at--spay and neuter your pets!
