Telepathy (from the Greek , tele, "distant"; and patheia, "feeling") is defined in parapsychology as the paranormal acquisition of information concerning the thoughts, feelings or activity of another person

in simpler words, i can read the thoughts and activity of another person without communicating with him

when you think about your any relative or friend and just after that you get a call from her/him,or may in any other way you can realise that he/she is also thinking about you ,that is called a telepathy.it is happened due the match of frequency between two person.in that case , if you thinking about a subject and the person in front of you can catch your word what you tell in your mind, that means he can catch your frequency.
