Jumbo Joe is true grit but friggin' Pronger on Anaheim gives me headaches.

They've quietly snuck up on the Ducks and if they hit their stride going into the playoffs, anything can happen. Last year, they peaked early and the Oilers had the hot hand in their series.

Can they do it? No question. Will they? Looking forward to finding out.

Yes. Only Detroit and Nashville seem to playing at the level the sharks are right now. The Ducks and Sabres have been average the last month and more after coming out of the gate hot. The problem is the Ducks only have two defensemen and are shallow at the forward position. Buffalo has a average defense-which they could address at the trade deadline-and I might change my tune. Right now Nashville is deep everywhere and they play as a team-they actually play playoff style-patient hockey. Although the Devils could make a run-they probably won't. If the Red wings continue to play the way they are it will be hard to say they don't have a good chance-even though I hate them. But if the Sharks peak at the right time-they are the deepest, biggest, scariest team around-top to bottom, and they have pieces to move and get some veteran players at the deadline.

Nope, because the Buffalo Sabres will.. they are my home team. But this isn't the only reason why. Look at the depth.. Maxim Afinogenov, Daniel Briere, Chris Drury, Ryan Miller, Ales Kotalik, Thomas Vanek, Jason Pominville, Jaroslav Spacek, Brian Campbell, Henrik Tallinder, Tim Connolly (Hopefully will be back soon). Which is why were one of the few teams in NHL history to have 3 players starting in the All-Star Game. We are the best team in NHL with 80 points also. We are one of the fastest NHL teams, if not the fastest. We average scoring the most goals per game. And we also got 2 good goalies, Biron is actually decent, Miller is great. So why can't the Sabres bring home to Buffalo the first Stanley Cup in franchise history?

Yep, i feel they are gonna win the Stanley Cup this year! We have a solid team with one of the best powerplays and one of the best 1-2 punch players in Marleau and Thornton. Could be a third with the Sharks being one of the potential suitors for Forsberg! We have 2 starting goaltenders in Nabby and Vesa. We have depth, youth and size. We're just kind of hanging around now, but we'll put it all together and make a run for the division and conference lead soon. And next year....watch out for Devon Setoguchi!

I don't think so. I have been saying since preseason that it will be the Predators versus the Ducks and the Ducks will win. I still believe that as long as Pronger does not get hurt again.

constructive. they have somewhat a experienced and ambitious roster the only forseeable subject would desire to be goaltending yet Vokoun is particularly good indoors the playoffs so some distance and that i do no longer see him faltering via certainty he somewhat desires to play indoors the playoffs.Penguins have a good team and all factors are good. i think of of very very final around could be Chicago Vs. Pittsburgh with Pittsburgh winning in seven.
