If it is still sealed - most of them will come to some arrangement with you - if bought in error or the like - but they are not legally obliged to do so!
If it has been opened and is not faulty - tough I'm afraid - no obligation to refund
If it is opened but faulty - they are only obliged to replace with same item

You are not to able to get a full refund unless your purchase is faulty. Just because you don't like it or change your mind does not count. Most used games can be traded in at game shops such as Game & Game Station, but you will only get a fraction of it's value. As a retailer myself I know this law. Hope this helps.

This place is only good if you livein or near by Ballymena (N. Ireland) but the 'Electronic Express' shop in the tower center would do you a very good deal even for old games. They take nearly anything.

If you open the packaging to play the game then the shop can't sell it again as new, so I doubt they would give your money back just because you dont like it.
Why not hire it from Blockbuster first to see if you like it

Very few i would say unless the game is faulty.
I used to work for Pcworld and we refused to accept opened games unless they were faulty as so many people copied them first, then returned them.
It is really is down to the shops own policy.
