It's odd with me. I'm always there on opening night for a movie I've been excited about, but then I always regret going to the theater because it's gotten so annoying these days. Cell phones ring and people actually ANSWER THEM! There's constant talking and there's always teenagers getting up and down throughout the whole movie. They wait till it starts and when the previews are done they get up, get stuff, come back, and get up again and just keep up and down for two hours. Yet...I keep coming back. Guess I'm not patient enough for DVD.

I'm more of the cinema type coz the only dvds I buy are the good movies I've seen in the cinema such as "Casino Royale" & "Little Children" (still waiting for those DVDs to come out though).

I usually wait for the dvd it is much more comfortable to watch at my home and if you miss any of it you backtrack and catch up. At the cinema food and drink are overpriced as are the tickets these days. You actually save money by buying the dvd or renting it.

I wait for the DVD. I hate going to the theater. The seats make my azz numb, you can't smoke, you can't pause the movie to go piss, everybody talks and their cell phones are going off and you have to sneak in food and drinks cuz everything is so damn expensive. Also, they charge you like $8 when the odds are the movie will be crap. Better to only pay $2-$3 to rent a movie that's a piece of junk.

I wait for the DVD, you cannot pause the cinema when you gotta take a piss, get something to eat or drink, or even that quickie on the couch!

Definitely cinema! When the kids were younger, we watched most movies at home. But now ... we're free!
