any utility to know how may people logged to on network?

Hai,
any utility like ipscan.exe which gives me list of users who is browsing net in our network of computers. our network is through windows 2000 server. our ip is 192.168.101.1 to 192.168.101.254.
if i run the utility it should give me list of users who is browsing the net or sending mail using rediff, yahoo, google etc
