Meth definitely, but I think eating disorders cause more health problems and will continue to affect people for generations. Obesity especially, but also bad nutrition, anorexia, and chemicals in foods.

Dear friend,

The most destructive epidemic affecting our generation is we dont know
how to solve our day to day problems. PROBLEMS ARE LIKE KNIVES! GRASP THE HANDLE- NOT THE BLADE.
problems are like knives. you have the choice of grasping them by the blade and being cut or grasping the handle and having a useful tool.
Learn how to grasp each problemso that it becomes your tool, not a cause of injury. Most of the problems in your life time will be peoples problems.
There are several basic principles which u must use if you are to become a kind of person who will attract people.
1) Stop finding fault- start finding solutions.
2)Never attack the ego.
3)criticize the situation- not the person
The rule is never criticize. If you can follow that rule , you will eliminate most of your peoples problems.
Howevere if a situation arises becomes so intollerable that it must be corrected, do not criticize the person or person who caused the situation, but confine your criticisn to the situation itself. never criticize people.
By following these three principles you will always will grasp the dangerous people-problem knife , not by the blade and injure yourself, but by the handle and make it a tool of success.
