I have removed every screw from the back and also every component that can be removed from the back including the battery, hard drive and the fan but the screen is in the way of the remaining screws in the front part.

its tricky to replace the keyboard but to do it you dont have to screw any screws from the back of the computer. what you have to do is carefully pop-up the part that is on top of the keyboard (if you look on the top right corner of the keyboard on top of the "Del" key you'll see a small space where you can put a small flat head screw driver and pop it up, then after you pull it up, you'll see 2 small screws that connect the keyboard to the computer, after you us-screw them the keyboard will come out.
