Yes, but only if they were of measurement 45 degrees. The fact that they are vertical angles would mean they are congruent, and they arecomplementary so they add up to 90. This could be solved as 2x=90, which has x=45. :)

I'm not familiar with the term "vertical angle", but it sounds like they'd be at least 90 degrees each. And to be complementary, the sum has to be 90 degrees.
So it doesn't sound doable.
