I am just trying to replace the bulb how do you get to them?

I believe open hood and get to the back of headlight to access bulbs

First off, you drive a Honda.
Second off, you had to ask how to change a light bulb.
My answer is you should take it to Walmart or Auto Zone and have them do it for you because you dont know how. It's free.

those who paintings for the city. I see them replaced once in a whle. i understand they are lighting fixtures that immediately turn on at the same time as the solar is going down, yet don't understand what they are precisely.

Im not so sure but you may need to remove the headlamp asembly and then be able to get to the buld in the side marker.

I'M NOT SURE IF ITS LIKE THIS. FIRST YOU TAKE THE COVER LIGHTS OFF.THEN YOU CHANGE THE LIGHTS AND PUT THE COVER BACK
