No. There are no Required Vaccinations for travel to Tunisia unless you are coming from an area with Yellow Fever.
Typhoid is only a recommended vaccine, but not necessary, especially since 99% of the population drinks bottled mineral water - although there is nothing wrong with the tap water either. When I moved from America to Tunisia I didn't take any vaccines and I was/am fine.

No, you are not in the least bit of danger from typhoid. The water here is drinkable, though I would suggest bottled water if you are just visiting for a week. Tunisia is a safe, clean country and there are no required vaccinations. (I'm a Brit who is living in Tunisia).
